Estimar is a seafood restaurant where the product takes center stage.
Fish and seafood selected every morning, treated with respect and served without fuss. Estimar is a cuisine rooted in the sea, the grill, and the freshness of the finest ingredients. Minimal handling and precise technique to bring out maximum flavor. A true declaration of love for the sea.
It was founded by Anna Gotanegra and chef Rafa Zafra with an idea as simple as it is demanding: to bring the best of the sea to the table. Behind every dish is something you can’t improvise: THE PRODUCT, the soul of Estimar.
